Whangaroa Papa Hapū Draft Mandate Strategy

The Draft Mandate Strategy for Whangaroa Papa Hapū sets out how we propose to seek a mandate to represent ngā uri o Whangaroa in Crown negotiations.

It describes:
• who is represented
• how information hui will be run
• how voting processes may operate
• how submissions will be managed
• how accountability and transparency will be upheld
• how tikanga, hapū processes, and whanaungatanga remain at the centre

This is a draft only, shared so whānau can read it, understand it, ask questions, and help shape the final version. Your feedback will directly influence how this mandate progresses.
